Price List for Inspection Service (square footage includes basements)
$325 up to 1500 sq. ft.
$425 for 1501-3000 sq. ft.
$525 for 3001-4000 sq. ft.
*Contact me for pricing for homes larger than 4000 sq. ft.
Additional fees, as applicable:
$100 for crawlspace
$125 for additional building
$75 for age of home between 30-59 yrs
$150 for age of home between 60-89 yrs
*Fees subject to verification of finished square footage, age, and the foundation type.
Radon Testing:
$150 Stand Alone
$100 fee additional with inspection
Water Testing:
$85 additional with inspection
